Plastic Tanks
We are pleased to offer a range of bespoke plastic tanks for the use in a wide range of applications including the boat building industry, shell fish storage and chemical process industry.
We can manufacture tanks in both circular and rectangular in PVC, Polypropylene, Polyethylene and PVDF. All tanks can be manufactured to BS4994/BSEN12573 and can be supplied with drawings produced by a qualified structural engineer.
Using our butt welding and extrusion welding equipment we are able to fabricate to a very high standard and quality, producing tanks to specific dimensions and customer requirements.
Circular tanks up to 4 metres in diameter and 10m high can be manufactured in our factory and are commonly used for the storage of corrosive chemicals in the chemical process industry. With regards to the boat building industry, the essential containment of fresh water can be achieved by the use of polypropylene and polyethylene tanks, produced to customer requirements at our factory also.
By choosing the best material a substantial advantage can be gained over alternative materials.
